To qualify for the CLogic Program, practices must bill distributors through ADO, point manufacturer rebates to ADO, align two frame partners with ADO, and cannot be enrolled in any enhanced promotions/discount programs.

*Participating practices must be an active ADO member and bill a minimum of $5,000 per month in contact lenses to receive a 1% rebate. Practices billing $10,000 or more per month in contact lenses will qualify for a 2% rebate.
